Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
